Trying a process and stopping.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />This behaviour manifests itself later in all our addictions.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />The idea that we can BINGE and then CLEANSE was our old idea of balance for a long time, and often lurks in the dark recesses of our mind.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />But we didn’t feel well. we didn’t feel good. we</span></span><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;"> just feel like we are on our addictive rollercoaster .</span></span><div> <span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;"><br /><br /><br /><br /> We’ve changed and begin to realise that the life we want is about a lifestyle choice – a day to day choice – a moment by moment choice – not some quick 10-week thing.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />We just had an awesome event at Recovering Relationships this past week called “Free Association” when we where we were there how to open their hearts and literally get into direct contact with our fellow stagers.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />It was awesome.<br /><br /><br /><br />It was a great feeling and has stayed with us the idea of complete freedom.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Regaining a new lifestyle that we’ve been refining for years and years.
